Great location and lovely views from the terrace. Staff very nice and helpful.

Book the hotel as it's advertised with an indoor pool which we wanted for our son on a March visit to Palma. On arrival we were told it was out of action. Also lack of plug sockets next to bed to charge phones and nightlights for kids. Good location but in general expensive for the lack of facilities available at that time of the year.

Good place to stay and enjoy Mallorca

This was our second time for school holidays. We really liked the hotel. Its location. Variety of food at breakfast. Nice and helpful staff at reception.

I did not like comments from restaurant staff during the breakfast.. are you sure that you will it this food .? It was inappropriate in my opinion.

The location was good, out of the centre but close enough to travel into the centre. Breakfast was good, a great selection. Room was super.

The hotel was booked for the pool and spa facilities - all were closed - this was disappointing as has I known this I would not have booked this hotel. There was no communication to advise of this either. So for this its disappointing that neither the hotel or booking.com mentioned this. The hotel is lovely but the stay could have been better if these facilities had been provided.

It was a lovely clean and modern hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

When we arrived we were told that the pool was out of service for a few days,but later we found out it was for a month.having a indoor pool and jacuzzi was part of the reason we booked the hotel,and if we had known we would have cancelled the booking ,but there was no information informing us of this problem.

Stunning views of the port and the city from the sea-view rooms

This is a lovely hotel offering stunning views of the port and the city from the sea-view rooms. The hotel also features a beautiful terrace with an outdoor pool. The room was spacious and comfortable, accommodating three people with ease. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Breakfast offered a variety of options, including several vegetarian choices. While the hotel is approximately a 50-minute walk from the city center, it serves as a convenient base for exploring the island, especially if you're traveling by car.

The parking spaces available were insufficient to accommodate all guests, requiring us to park two streets away. Additionally, the indoor pool was unavailable during our stay.

Must be one of the very best views of Palma!

The views from this property are pretty unbeatable. You see the entire bay and the city from above and far far beyond. We were upgraded to a junior suite with outdoor jacuzi. Excellent!

The parking is a bit of a nightmare in that you have to go quite far away and it is really hard to find the garrage because it is not well marked. I had to drive around for 30 mins and in the end had to get help from reception to show me the place. Once inside, however, the parking was safe and there was an easier way to get back to the hotel.

Wonderful

Lovely view over the port. All the staff were very friendly. Good sized rooms. Nice sized pool and good resturant.

The wall fitting for the shower head, was not the best.

Location is really good and sea view from balcony is best! Also the elevator to near by street is very helpful.

Internet was not working in 5th floor and was not fixed during my 7 days stay event after repeated request.

Nice room with ocean views

Nice room with balcony and view of the ocean. Good shower. Lovely terrace and pool area.

Decor could do with some updating. TV didn’t always work - signal was patchy at times. No kettle in room. Not really within walking distance of anything but a regular bus service operates from just down the road.

The hotel was ok, but not excellent. It had good facilities, but over all the interior was not that comfortable (for example - the bunk bed intended for children had a mattress smaller than the frame, and the protective rails were defective). The furniture and the actual arrangement of the hotel were quite old, but the location compensated for these shortcomings. The breakfast was excellent, with many options.

The indoor pool had a lot of chlorine and is quite small, the outside pool was cold- the water was not heated at all, and its arrangement practically did not exist - only a few sunbeds, and around a lot of stored hotel furniture- unpleasant.
